Supporters of the Ladies Day Out Bonanza Clothing Sale have sorted through their wardrobes and dusted off the sale signs, with the Cancer Council the beneficiary of this year’s event.
Lead organiser Jennie Nicholls said the shopping expo will be staged at the Wannon Rooms, allowing more stallholders the opportunity to sell their wares.
“There’s plenty of fantastic items already set for sale,” she said.
“We have quite a number of expensive outfits for special occasions like weddings that have been reduced in price.
“A lot more people these days are getting into buying and exchanging clothes, seeing the value in vintage clothing particularly.
"With a few alterations, what was once old is new again. That’s just the way fashion goes.”
The Ladies Day Out Bonanza Clothing Sale will be held at the Warrnambool Showgrounds on Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
