The Saints recorded a 16.14 (114) to 14.5 (89) preliminary final win over North Warrnambool Eagles at Reid Oval on Saturday on the back of an emphatic opening term.
Koroit raced to a 41-point quarter-time lead after kicking 8.6 to 2.1.
North Warrnambool Eagles responded in the second quarter, with a six-goal to two effort bridging the gap to 20 points at half time.
But the damage was done.
Creative forward Sam Dobson kicked five goals for the Saints and Mark Murphy, who finished the game with concussion, slotted four for the Eagles, all in the second term.
Saints veteran Joe McLaren was their best and was influential in the first term along with Ben Goodall, Jayden Brennan and Dobson.
Exciting teenager Sam McLachlan was the Eagles’ best and slotted two goals.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Kangaroos won through to their first Hampden league A grade grand final.
The Kangaroos - wooden spooners in 2013 - notched a 46-43 preliminary final win against reigning premier North Warrnambool Eagles.
They led at every change and had a six-goal buffer at the final break.
The Kangaroos will play Koroit in the grand final.
