Two trucks crashed in separate accidents on south-west roads yesterday.

A prime mover and trailer rolled near Mumbannar on the Princes Highway west of Portland at 6.45am. The truck and trailer were damaged in the accident which blocked one lane of traffic. The driver was not injured.
Heavy haulage was called to remove the truck from the road, which was expected to be blocked for some time.
Another truck ran off the road at Tabor on the Hamilton Highway between Hamilton and Penshurst at 5.45am. The truck went through a farm fence and was significantly damaged.
The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was able to get out of the cabin.
The Casterton-Penola Road was closed yesterday morning because of fog and smoke haze after a burn-off yesterday.
