Quiney, a former Test batsman, and Stoinis, an all-rounder on the rise, will put the region’s best young cricketers through their paces on June 30 and July 1.
Cricket officials have shifted the program, designed to unearth young talent in regional areas, from Warrnambool due to the closure of Action Indoor Sports Centre.
Western Waves regional manager Steven Field said the teenagers involved had represented the region at state championships during season 2013-14.
He said Chris Harris and Neil Gray, members of the Cricket Victoria coaching staff, would also be on had to provide advice and run drills.
The under 15s will take part on June 30 before the under 19s show off their talents on July 1.
