A YOUNG boy flown to hospital after a farm machinery accident near Cobden is now in a stable condition.

The four-year-old boy was airlifted to the Royal Children’s Hospital on Monday with a head injury after he stood on some cow milking machinery in a rotary dairy.

Paramedics attended a Jancourt East farming property on Lavers Hill-Cobden Road about 12.20pm and found the boy in a critical condition.
