Rumours of discontent, loss of hardness, embarrassing defeats - this has been a most un-Swans-like start to the season and they need to turn it around quickly. It's a long way back from 1-4.
LANCE FRANKLIN
The $10 million man has not exactly paid his way so far. It will not get any easier this week against the side which he averages the fewest goals throughout his career.
MIDFIELD CHUMPS
The Swans' star-studded midfield has been well below par this season. Kieren Jack and Dan Hannebery are well below their All Australian form of 12 months ago, and their side has suffered accordingly.
DOCKERS NO SHOCKERS
Fremantle are back in form after thrashing Essendon and will have 20 of their grand final 22 available this week with the returns of gun midfielder Nathan Fyfe and Chris Mayne.
PREDICTION
Some tough love has been meted out behind closed doors at the Swans this week but they'll need a massive form reversal to avenge their preliminary final defeat. Dockers by 16 points.
