Clark and her mount Kirby Park Irish Consort topped the five-horse field in the CNC one-star class at Camperdown’s Lakes and Craters complex.
She finished with 62.50 penalty points, ahead of Melissa Wilson aboard CP Pontiac (66.70) and Usman Khan on Al Buraq (70.30).
In other classes, former Olympian Megan Jones won the pre-novice class with Kirby Park Invader, finishing more than 10 points clear of her rivals.
They attracted 51.60 penalty points, ahead of Lucy Mallen and Regal Bundaberg (61.80) and Lucy Kolomanski and Henschke (65.40).
Meaghan Bone aboard Justa Jive (49.20) and Jennifer Peck aboard Aurum Lithium (37.20) took out the two preliminary classes.
The introductory classes went to Dale Flynn and his mount Aurum Revoir (48.10) and Amber Cargill and her mount Chilli Bud (47.30).
South West Horse Trials committee member Majella Ryan said the two-event went ahead in near-pefect weather.
“Excellent showjumping took place on Saturday with the Tim Haworth-designed course flowing and jumping well,” she said.
“The cross-country course designed by Michael Creber jumped well, with the usual questions being asked of the riders to make sure they rode the course positively.
“Many combinations (made) it home with minimal faults or time penalties.
“Local riders featured in the placings in all sections and many positive comments were made about the course and the overall event.”
