Players from the Warrnambool and District and Grassmere associations, as well as councillors and politicians, will don the whites to raise money for the two charities.
The inaugural match last season raised $9000, with the proceeds split evenly between the two charities.
GCA administrator Tracie Johnson said a strong contingent of WDCA and GCA players had already committed to the fund-raiser at Dennington Recreation Reserve.
Yambuk batsman Steve Gleeson and Brierly-Christ Church stalwart Nathan Murphy will captain the sides. Terry Beks (Dennington), Paul Cameron (Killarney), Greg Bull (Purnim), Nick Butters (Woodford) and teens Tom Melican (Wangoom) and Brad Hunt (Russells Creek) have also put up their hands to play.
Organisers are hopeful Warrnambool mayor Michael Neoh, his former Moyne counterpart Jim Doukas and politicians Dan Tehan and Denis Napthine will also play.
