A County Court jury sitting at Warrnambool acquitted the man, aged in his 40s, of two counts of rape after he was accused of sexually assaulting her in late 2020.
The week-long trial started on April 16, 2024.
Jurors were told the man, who can not legally be named, had asked the alleged victim to drive him to buy alcohol before they returned to his home where he allegedly raped her.
In opening addresses a barrister for the accused man said his client was innocent and the allegations did not happen.
