WHAT HAPPENED?
* A BMW SUV mounted the kerb and struck multiple patrons on the front lawn area of the Royal Daylesford Hotel on Vincent Street just after 6pm on Sunday
* The pub sits on a roundabout and the BMW came down the adjoining Albert Street
* Investigators are reconstructing the scene to work out what happened
WHO HAS DIED?
* A 38-year-old Tarneit man and his 11-year-old son died at the scene
* A 30-year-old Point Cook man and his partner, a 44-year-old woman, also died at the scene
* The Point Cook couple's nine-year-old daughter died at the Alfred Hospital at 9.40pm
* DNA is being processed to help identify the victims and their relationship to each other
WHO IS INJURED?
* An 11-month-old boy was taken to Royal Children's Hospital in a stable condition
* A six-year-old boy, the Tarneit man's son, is in Royal Children's Hospital with broken legs and internal injuries, but now in a stable condition
* A 35-year-old Tarneit woman, whose husband died, was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in intensive care in a serious condition
* A 43-year-old Kyenton woman is in a stable condition in Royal Melbourne Hospital
* A 38-year-old Cockatoo man is in a stable condition in Royal Melbourne Hospital
WHO IS THE DRIVER?
* A 66-year-old Mount Macedon man
* He was taken to hospital for shock and non-life threatening injuries
* Police expect to speak to him on Tuesday
* He is not known to police and does not have a criminal record aside from tickets for driving offences such as speeding
* He was breath tested at the scene and returned a negative result.
