A Victorian festival-goer is fighting for life in hospital, and three men have been arrested, after he was bashed while waiting to catch a bus home from the event.

The patron was assaulted on Saturday night while lining up to catch an organised bus home from the Music in the Vines, a one-day festival outside Macarthur near Warrnambool.
A dispute appears to have broken out between people waiting in the line, police say.
The man, a 41-year-old from Penshurst, was flown to Melbourne's Alfred Hospital with critical head injuries, Ambulance Victoria said.
Three Portland men, two aged 45 and one aged 48, were arrested and are being questioned by police.
