A four-bedroom period home on a large block in central Warrnambool, to be auctioned this month, combines all the elements buyers are looking for.
Harris & Wood Real Estate agent Danny Harris said 25 Howard Street was a unique property and had attracted strong interest, with 45 interested parties viewing the home.
He said it was rare to find such an elegant, renovated period home, in a central location, on a large 1300 square-metre block, with a pool and additional sheds.
"It's a bit of a rare mix to get all of the above," Mr Harris said. "You've got something that's got a bit of size about it, both land wise and house wise. There's the pool, extra shedding, in the CBD.

"It's not a common mix. You can find those things in isolation in a lot of different properties but not all in one. That's why we've seen the interest we have."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Harris said there was local interest, as well as strong interest from Melbourne buyers looking to relocate and couples from rural areas, wanting to retire in Warrnambool.
The home has a price guide of $1.35 million to $1.4 million and will be auctioned on-site on November 20 at noon.
Another central home to go under the hammer on the same day is 90 Koroit Street. Mr Harris said it was "in a cracking location" on the corner of Koroit and Banyan streets and had a price guide of $560,000 to $600,000.
Mr Harris said the three-bedroom property had a north-facing yard and could be rented in its current state or renovated. "It's got a bit of that inner-city Melbourne feel to it," he said.
