The case is linked to the active case identified in Warrnambool on Monday.
South West Healthcare said there was now eight active cases of COVID across the four shires.
"Encouragingly, one person was cleared of COVID-19 overnight bringing our total active cases in the Moyne Shire to zero," a spokesman said.
There are five active cases in Corangamite in one household and one active case in the Glenelg Shire in one household.

There has been no new exposure sites identified in the south-west overnight.
Anyone with symptoms can get tested at the COVID testing clinic at Merri Street from 8am till 4pm. People need to make an appointment by phoning 5563 1666 or at the testing clinic at the Leura Oval in Camperdown on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 3.30pm till 4.30pm.
The Camperdown Vaccination Centre will reopen on Wednesday and will also have walk-in Pfizer appointments available from Friday.
