There has been one new COVID case confirmed in Portland overnight.
According to Portland District Health the Barwon Health contact tracing team is involved along with the Department of Health.
"We have no further details confirmed as yet. As soon as we do, we will pass what information we can onto you," a Portland District Health Service spokeswoman said.
"There are now a total of two active cases in the Glenelg Shire. There are no new exposure sites known at this time."
The spokeswoman said it was important to get tested at the first sign of symptoms and follow the instructions to isolate.
The PDH testing clinic is open this week Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.
"We will review opening hours and days as necessary," the spokeswoman said.
"To obtain a drive through time you must phone 5521 0387 before arriving.

Sunday: There were no new coronavirus infections recorded overnight in the region, while the number of active cases across the south-west continues to decrease.
There are now 10 active COVID cases across the region, with one person in Moyne Shire recovering from the virus overnight.
The spread continues to span across four shires, with two active cases in Moyne Shire across two households, seven in Corangamite Shire across two households and one in Glenelg Shire in one household.
There were 56 tests completed across the Camperdown Leura Oval and Warrnambool testing clinics on Saturday.
The COVID testing clinic at Merri Street is open 8am - 4pm and only available through booking - to make an appointment, call 5563 1666 and choose option five.
The Leura Oval Camperdown testing clinic is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 3.30-4.30pm.

Meanwhile, Victoria reached its 80 per cent double-dose mark two days after it was initially anticipated.
Now, 80.4 per cent of those aged 16 and over have had two doses of a COVID vaccine and 92.5 per cent have received their first dose.
There were 1036 new COVID cases recorded overnight from 56,768 test results received.
The active case tally across Victoria stands at 22,013.
Sadly, 12 Victorians died with COVID overnight, taking the total number of deaths in Victoria since the pandemic began to 1122.
There are 702 COVID-19 cases in hospital in Victoria, with 128 of those cases in intensive care and 80 on a ventilator.
