Wild winds caused chaos across the state overnight on Thursday with trees down across roads and power blackouts reported throughout the south-west.
Storm damage to the front of WRAD's Merri Street building is limiting capacity for face-to-face appointments due to hazardous areas.
"We are encouraging patients and clients of the clinical services to keep their appointments but to use telehealth until we have a clearance from building engineers to allow people into the building via the front entrance," a spokesperson said.
"In the interim, people who can't be assisted through telehealth will be accessing the WRAD building via the rear car park which is on Kepler Street."
South-west police have called for drivers to be cautious after a wild night, with trees, water and debris on the roads.
