Workers in regional NSW are unsure if they can attend work when the state re-opens on Monday following mixed vaccination messaging from the government.

Gladys Berejiklian as premier declared all regional NSW staff would need to be fully vaccinated to return to work on October 11 in a meeting last week, Murray MP Helen Dalton said.
But Ms Dalton says she has been inundated with confused callers after the government on Sunday said workers were only required one dose of the vaccine.
"I'm in the same boat as everyone else. The NSW government can't even tell me which of my own electorate office staff are allowed to work," she said.
Premier Dominic Perrottet said on Wednesday that he would be discussing the matter at crisis cabinet that evening.
"I had a discussion with Dr Chant a couple of hours ago, that is one of the matters that was raised. I understand it is on the agenda," he said.
The state reported 594 new locally-acquired cases and 10 more deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday.
And while COVID-19 cases in NSW continue to trend downwards some regional areas have been urged to stay vigilant as cases there remain high.
Regional NSW areas of concern are Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains, Figtree in the Illawarra region, Merewether and Wallsend in Newcastle, Cessnock in the Hunter Region, and Blue Haven on the Central Coast.
People in those locations have been asked to remain especially vigilant for symptoms and come forward for testing.
"And please get vaccinated," NSW Chief Deputy Health Officer Marianne Gale said on Wednesday.
Dr Gale said she was pleased to see the numbers stabilising and going down while vaccination rates were up.
"It is really important that as we open up, we all act cautiously, and that we continue to follow the revised health advice that will apply as we progressively follow the roadmap," she said.
There were 51 new cases in the Illawarra Shoalhaven district, with 42 of those in the Wollongong local government area.
Some 93 cases were reported in the Hunter-New England, made up of 27 from Newcastle and 26 from Lake Macquarie.
The Central Coast recorded 30 new cases, while southern NSW recorded 12.
Some eight new cases were recorded in western NSW, one in the far west, three in northern NSW, and one in Murrumbidgee.
Newly sworn-in Deputy Premier Paul Toole pledged to restore "business as usual" in the state's regions after he was elected the new Nationals leader.
The daily case number is the lowest since August and it's the fifth consecutive day infections have been below 700.
Across the state as of midnight on Tuesday, 89 per cent of people 16 and over have received their first vaccine and 69.1 per cent are fully vaccinated.
"Thank you everybody for your ongoing terrific efforts in coming forward to get vaccinated, it's really pleasing to see such high coverage of vaccination across the state," Dr Gale said.
