The Power have unveiled Nick Bourke as senior coach, replacing outgoing mentor Ben Walsh.
He will be assisted by midfielder Joel Moloney and Sam Moloney, who will coach from the bench.
Bourke, a multiple premiership player, played a starring role in the club's 2019 decider before committing to Geelong Football League outfit Leopold for 2020.
He returned to play in the south-west in 2021, suiting up five times. His season was hampered by a dislocated elbow against Nirranda in May and spent 14 weeks on the sidelines.
The 26-year-old was rookie-listed by Geelong in 2013, underlining his quality as a youngster. He spent one season at Kardinia Park.
