The Belfast is on the market for $300,000 through Robertson Port Fairy.
The owners are reluctantly selling the busy business due to other commercial interests, agent Di MacKirdy said.
The historic Bank Street building was fully revamped 15 years ago.
"The current owners have spent a lot to ensure it is once again in fantastic condition and is ready for a new owner of the business to simply walk in and start trading," Ms MacKirdy said.
She said there had been a steady amount of interest in the property.
"The interest has mainly been from outside the area," Ms MacKirdy said.
"Port Fairy is viewed as a very vibrant food scene and it appears through talking to the interested parties, people are keen to move out of the large centres such as Melbourne to places like Port Fairy.
"Port Fairy has featured in a lot of news articles of late in regards to its surge in popularity."
Ms MacKirdy said The Belfast was popular with locals and visitors alike.
She said it had hosted a large number of events, including weddings.
The liquor licence and a secure lease is offered with the sale of the business, along with all plant equipment.
