The Koroit teenager, 19, used fun as a yardstick en route to her a six-vote Hampden league division three best and fairest victory.
Bain (20 votes) defeated Port Fairy veteran Stacey Dwyer (14) and South Warrnambool's Olivia Arandt (14) to show her class on Saturday.
"It's definitely about enjoyment. I love being a part of and playing for the club," the 19-year-old said.
"The social side of it is amazing too. The girls are amazing. I love playing netball there and getting around all the girls.
"They're all amazing."
Bain said she was "overwhelmed" to clinch the award - let alone by six votes.
"There's so many good players running around in division three," she said.
"Everyone deserves a pat on the back for their season, but I'm pretty thrilled."
