Two Warrnambool homes will go under the hammer in online auctions on Saturday.
Ray White Real Estate Warrnambool director Fergus Torpy said there had been strong interest in both properties.
He said it had been a challenge with no in-person inspections, but technology meant people were able to view the properties in other ways.
"It's not ideal not been able to have inspections, however buyers and sellers have been able to adapt with COVID utilizing virtual inspections, videos and online auctions," Mr Torpy said.
The first property, a four-bedroom home in Veronica Court, has attracted a lot of interest.
It is set on a large 1000-square-metre block and overlooks Wollaston Bridge.
"This property has generated strong interest given it's unique design, spacious block and tightly held location," Mr Torpy said.
"The property is appealing to many owner occupiers, couples and families."
It has a price range of $499,000 to $548,000.

It has a price range of $675,000 to $725,000.
Both properties will be auctioned at 11.30am on Saturday.
