A coloruful mannequin, GreedyGutsPiggyMan, has been erected in the Bank Street yard of Port Fairy man Robert Haylock.
The mannequin has an accompanying sign, Scare COVID Away, a playful dig at the pandemic causing virus.
Mr Haylock said the mannequin was creating lots of interest.
"People are stopping as they are walking past and taking photos of it," Mr Haylock said.
"It's a bit of fun, which is good to have given the way things have been going."
The mannequin/scarecrow is the creation of Mr Haylock's niece and Port Fairy artist Lisa Williamson.
Before arriving at Mr Haylock's, the colourful creation also spent some time on dry ground in the footprint of the Moyne River.
