Centre vice president Barb Glare said there were some great items up for grabs including toys, breastfeeding supplies, accommodation, clothing, fitness and beauty products and vouchers, restaurant and cafe vouchers, hampers, a photoshoot and more.
The auction closes on Sunday night and she urged the public to jump online and bid.
"It's one of our biggest fund-raisers," Ms Glare said. "Last year we raised $8000 and even though it's been somewhat more difficult year (with COVID-19) we're hoping to raise more because that's really the thing that keeps the centre going."
The centre, which receives no government funding, allows parents a comfortable place to feed their babies, warm bottles, go to the toilet, access breastfeeding support with a lactation consultant and meet other parents. It also includes a retail store and family activities and information sessions.
"There's no reserves on anything - the price that they are at 10pm on Sunday will be the price they go for," Ms Glare said. "That will give us another year at the breastfeeding centre helping parents."
Ms Glare said she was humbled by the amount of support the centre received from businesses.
"It's a hard time for all the businesses, Ms Glare said. "We approached businesses who've donated really quite generously and no-one thought that we were going to get another lockdown right now.
"It's really good people have been prepared to support us in an already tough time.
"A lot of cafes and restaurants won't won't be getting much income at the moment (because of the lockdown and restrictions).
"We hope that when people see the online auction, even if they don't win the item, they keep in mind the businesses that are supporting us and if they need a gift or a meal they might patronise those businesses as well."
She reminded parents the centre was open, despite the current lockdown, and remained concerned they were not seeking help due to confusion around the lockdown and restrictions, as reported by The Standard last month.
The lactation consultant said the centre was an essential service.
"This has been a shocker of a week with parents letting things go on, not knowing that they can call and then leaving it 'til the last minute when things are really dire," Ms Glare said.
"They can get help, but no one's really sure what they can do."
The Warrnambool Breastfeeding Centre is at 141 Koroit Street and is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. A lactation consultant is available on Wednesdays from 10am and 4pm - no appointment necessary.
