The former Geelong Cats and Gold Coast Suns player will be at Deakin University's Warrnambool Campus on Thursday, August 12 with fans able to meet and hear from the AFL champion at the private event.
The event will involve a one-hour Q&A with the two-time Brownlow medallist and an hour where fans can meet and greet him.
There will also be rare Ablett memorabilia offered in silent auctions.
Warrnambool is one of three country towns to host the event with the two-time Cats premiership player also visiting Swan Hill and Mount Gambier.
Exclusive Insight's Sean Tobin said Ablett was looking forward to visiting Warrnambool.
"He has always received a lot of interest from the region and being a professional footballer over the last 20 years and with his schedule and family it was difficult for him to get down to Warrnambool," he said.

"It is now possible and he is excited that the date opened up and for him to finally be able to actually hold a live Q&A and it was something he was looking forward to doing."
Tobin said limited tickets, which are $64.39, were available for the event and that they would sell fast.
"At this stage because of the current restrictions there will be less than 100 tickets as we want it to be a private and intimate event for those in attendance," he said.
"It will be structured around a Q&A where he will share stories about footy, family and life and people will get the chance to ask questions.
"The remaining hour will be open to allow people to actually meet Gary and have the opportunity to meet him privately and in a group.
"We will have a nice private and intimate experience for people to come up and talk one-on-one with the greatest AFL player of all time."
Tickets are available at eventbrite at A Night with Gary Ablett Jnr.
