The goalie, who was also hospitalised earlier in the season due to lingering symptoms from a snake bite, fell on her left wrist following a contest with Bombers' defender Nadine McNamara.
Coach Liz Fowler said after her side's 61-24 defeat she was unsure of the extent of Davis' injury.
"She had hurt her hand last week and I wasn't quite sure she would be right to go and she just aggravated it and it's not looking good," she said.

"We will wait and see. It is pretty bad and she was in a lot of pain."
The Bombers led from start to finish in a commanding all-round performance.
McNamara and Remeny McCann were strong in defence while Molly Hutt (28 goals) and Emily Finch (33) finished the work off at the other end.
Coach Sophie Hinkley played a half in her return from injury while Amy Hammond also played two quarters in her last game of the season.
The undefeated Bombers enter the Hampden league's bye having beaten every other side in the competition.

Hinkley said she was happy with how her side was progressing heading into the second half of the season, which starts with tough matches against North Warrnambool Eagles, Camperdown and Koroit.
"We are super happy being undefeated and and we're really happy with the way our systems and the things we are really concentrating on are coming through," she said.
"The most important thing is that the things that we are trying to implement are coming out on the court and we are finding our confidence in identifying where we can improve.
"The players are getting better at identifying that on the court and being able to change it at the time, which is really great."
Fowler said she knew the Bombers would be a tough opponent and her side would look to continue building and bridging the gap between its best and worst.
