The Wolves, who are both undefeated, and Panthers under 14 and 16s sides sit first and second on their respective South West Victoria Football Association ladders.
The Panthers will host the two Wolves side this weekend at Friendly Societies Reserve with top spot on the ladder up for grabs.
Callaghan, a winger in the under 14s side, says it is exciting to play in a top-of-the-table clash.
"It's a good feeling to be at the top of the table but we will have to work hard to keep the position and keep winning games," the 13-year-old said.

"It is really exciting to be versing one of the best teams in the competition and we have to work hard and try our best.
"We have been playing really well in our games, passing the ball around a lot, creating opportunities and working well as a team."
The last time the under 14s played the Panthers they ran away with a 7-0 thrashing.
Ontronen, who plays left back, hopes the under 16s side could continue its undefeated start.
"Our defence is strong and our offence is scoring goals and we are a good team," the 16-year-old said.
"We have been playing for a while and we are a pretty fast team. It will be a tough match but hopefully we come out on top.

"We have had a great start and I hope we can keep it going through the season."
The under 16s beat the Panthers 2-0 the last time they played.
Callaghan, who has scored four goals, said he was pleased with how he has started his season.
"I have been happy with the opportunities I have created and I have scored a couple of goals," he said.
He said his goals in the second half of the season was to do his best and continue to create opportunities for his fellow attackers.
Ontronen, who has played all five games, said he and his teammates would look to play their normal style and use the wide areas of the pitch against the Panthers on the weekend.
