The Timboon Demons duo celebrated the Warrnambool and District league's return from Victoria's coronavirus-enforced lockdown on Saturday, playing two games.
Parsons and Tregea featured as their side ran out 30-point winners over Old Collegians in the under 15s and also helped the Demons' under 18, who were a few players short, in their clash directly after.
"It was good. I love footy, growing up in Timboon," Parsons said.
"It was just good to have it back, definitely."
Tregea said his side's transition was a highlight of the under 15s triumph.
"I thought we moved the ball pretty well," he said.
"They sort of tried to stop it and congested the midfield but we were able to get out most of the time."
The victory solidified Timboon Demons' place in the league's top five.
Parsons said his side's percentage meant it was trailing South Rovers and Kolora-Noorat. Tregea, however, added his team showed good signs against Collegians and would take confidence going forward.
For Old Collegians' 17 and under netballers, the one-week break was more than enough.
Alli Gainey, Georgia Ryan and Ella Mitchem were all keen to get back into sport and it showed on the scoreboard. Collegians (41) were comprehensive winners over Timboon Demons (18).
"We haven't really played together, all of us girls, because we had the year off, but we're starting to gel together now," Gainey said.
Merrivale captain Ashlan Noonan said she was pumped to get back on court but said there was a weird atmosphere to her side's 38-22 victory over South Rovers in the 17 and under age group.
"It was a bit quiet but it was still good," the goalie said.
"We were still pumped to get out there after the break and south Rovers are a good side so we were excited to get back out there.
"We play our best when we play basic, one-on-one netball and that's what we did and it worked well."
South Rovers captain Jenna Twaddle said the week off had an impact early for her and her teammates.
"It was really tough and we were all a little tired in the first quarter," the goalie said.
"It was just a little bit rough but once we got into it we did really well.
"Thursday training we will have to work hard and practice on everything we missed out on."
Kolora-Noorat under 18 captain Riley Scanlon, who kicked seven goals in his side's 30.8 (188) to 0.1 (1) win over Dennington, said it was good to play well in the first game after the break.
"It's good to get back out there and have a win and play well yourself and not go out and struggle so it was good," he said. "Out of the whole team I think only a few didn't kick a goal."
