The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe and the property also boasts a double garage.

It will be auctioned at 2pm.

A spacious modern home with a price guide of $500,000 to $545,000 in Thackeray Drive will go under the hammer at 1pm.

It has blackwood flooring and a large outdoor entertaining area.

A four-bedroom home in Adriana Crescent will be auctioned at noon and is expected to fetch between $475,000 and $520,000. It has four bedrooms, two living areas and a large backyard.
