It will be auctioned at 2pm.
A spacious modern home with a price guide of $500,000 to $545,000 in Thackeray Drive will go under the hammer at 1pm.

A four-bedroom home in Adriana Crescent will be auctioned at noon and is expected to fetch between $475,000 and $520,000. It has four bedrooms, two living areas and a large backyard.
