Lee suffered a lower leg injury in the Roosters' win against Port Fairy but played out the Hampden league match.
He was expected to receive a scan to rule out significant injury but has recovered well and won't require one.
South Warrnambool coach Mat Battistello said it was a promising result.
"Given the 12 months off (due to COVID-19) and the point in the season we are, we always err on the side of caution with any of our players in relation to that stuff," he said.
"We've already had a couple of concussions and hamstrings where they've been right to play and we've elected to give them and extra week or two off so we'll be conservative with Harry if we need to be."
Hayden Mitchell (concussion) is a chance to return to the Roosters' line-up at Melville Oval on Saturday.
Battistello said the club took head knocks seriously.
"He got that one against Camperdown so that will be over four weeks (recovery) now," he said.
"He was having some pretty significant issues at work two weeks after it and (the retired) Charlie Bradshaw, who is still involved at our footy club, is an expert in this particular field.
"We're at round five and when it comes to those sort of injuries, as a club we're not even interested in thinking of pushing any of the boundaries.
"There is no hero status trying to rush back from those sort of things anymore."
Battistello said South Warrnambool had support to help it make the correct calls.
"We're very lucky Narelle ( ) our trainer and 'Hally' (Phillip Hall) our doctor do an amazing job," he said.
Teenager George Stevens will be in the selection frame after Vic Country trials but the Roosters will lose Fraser Marris and Archie Stevens to NAB League side Greater Western Victoria Rebels this weekend.
Experienced pair James Hussey and Joe Dalton are also expected to miss at least one more week.
