Sky Grace, Caytlyn Sharp and former Warrnambool residents Emma Daffy and Ehlana Wilkinson were picked in the state side while sisters Ashlee and Rebecca Bradford were named in the five-player development squad.
The Marie Little OAM Shield is Netball Australia's national netball championship for women with an intellectual disability.
The Victorian team, which will be lead again by Naomi Linossier and assisted by Emma Ryde, is hoping to go one better than 2019 where it claimed silver in the grand final in Brisbane.
The date and location of the tournament is yet to be announced by Netball Australia.
The sextet have all participated in Warrnambool City Netball Association's All-Abilities program. Wilkinson now lives in Melbourne and Daffy Geelong but they are originally from Warrnambool.
Sharp, who recently stepped back from athletics, has recently joined the program.
