The south-west school was the second the four-time national champion has visited, after she spent a day at Warrnambool Primary School last week.
She spent a full day at Brauer talking to the students about what it takes to be an elite athlete, overcoming adversity and being resilient.
The Geelong resident spoke to year eight, nine, 11 and 12 students and took year eight and nine students through a workout.
"Basically I had a chat to the guys about my journey so far as a boxer and some of the challenges I have had to face and how I have overcome them," the 28-year-old said.
"I centred it around goal setting, discipline and resilience and how I use those to not only overcome those obstacles but also achieve what I have so far in my boxing career.
"I also added in an active session too, doing a bit of a technique and then getting them to work too.
"They did really well and I had some good questions and they were pretty attentive and some really gave it a good crack and some looked a bit unsure but as they got going they really enjoyed it."
The 2018 World Championships bronze medalist said she enjoyed travelling to schools to help the next generation of Australian athletes.
"I started it a few years ago when I was at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra through our athlete wellbeing and engagement program. I did a few talks up there to sporting groups and schools," she said.
"We did a tour and then it has transferred to when I'm at home here too through the Victorian Institute of Sport. They have a program and send out athletes to go and talk at different schools.
"I have spoken to a couple of other businesses before and it has been a range of things. Sometimes it's goal setting, did one on the strength and conditioning side to it and the influence of staying active."

The four-time Australian world championships representative also managed to squeeze in a session with a Warrnambool boxing gym on Monday.
"I went to Lyndo's Boxing Gym as I have known him for a while from back in the days," she said.
"I have been competing for 10 years and he is an awesome guy and has a great gym with awesome atmosphere and they have a good environment there.
"I had a solid training session and got to see all three groups come in. It was good. I joined in and helped out a little bit and did some light sparring with a couple of his guys. Stoked and thankful they had me there."
