Re-signing as Pomborneit's women's and junior girls' coach was a no-brainer for Grace Lee.
The 25-year-old, who led the senior team to the inaugural Colac District Cricket Association women's grand final, got plenty from her first season in charge.
"We had lots of fun and got to create history with the women's teams in the competition's inaugural season, while it was a huge honour to carry on the development of the junior girls' in their second season," she said.
"I have enjoyed seeing how committed Pomborneit is to our female program and am keen to continue to be a part of growing the women's game."
The club is already committed to fielding at least two senior women's teams and one junior girls' side in 2021/22.

"We intended to go in with one team and then with the abundance of numbers it turned into two," she said.

"We're hoping to consolidate those numbers that played and get some new ones as well."
She said a team needed nine players to fill a side and the Bulls were hoping for 13 or 14 last summer.
"To end up with 23 or 24 was unreal," she said.
Lee added many had already recommitted for next season in a positive sign for the club.
The second-year mentor said a few players were surprised by how much they enjoyed the first season.
"It also exceeded my expectation with how much I enjoyed it," Lee added.
Pomborneit president David Murphy said Lee had made an "immense impact in her first season at the club, had inspired female cricketers of all ages and was seen by all as vital to be front and centre of our women's and junior girls' programs going forward".
Lee, a talented cricketer, also intends to continue playing the sport next summer.
She has long played for Essendon Maribyrnong Park Ladies Cricket Club in the Premier Seconds competition. She was also involved with the Grampians women's team in the Hamilton District Cricket Association last season.
Lee has made a significant contribution to female cricket development and has coached Western Waves girls' teams.
Pomborniet narrowly lost to Bookaar in the women's grand final. The Pelicans recorded 101 before the Bulls managed 6/96.
