Member marquees and general admissions tickets to the Thursday event have been snapped up more than a week before the event races into action after no crowds were allowed at last year's scaled-down carnival.
The day, which features the Waterfront by Lyndoch Living Grand Annual Steeplechase and the Sungold Milk Warrnambool Cup, is the highlight of the three-day carnival.
Silver trackside tickets have also sold out to Brierly Day on Tuesday and Galleywood Day on Wednesday, but general admission tickets are still on the market.
This year's carnival is pre-ticketed and there will be no tickets for sale at the gate on any day.

To comply with COVID-safe requirements, this year's course will be divided into two zones.
Zone one will be allocated to members and their guest, owners and racing industry pass holders.
Zone two will be allocated to general public patrons.
There will be a strict enforcement of non-movement between the zones each day and each zone will have a different entry point.
It comes after last year's carnival was held behind closed doors for the first time in history due to coronavirus restrictions.
