The Bloods scored their first win of the Hampden league season on Saturday, defeating the previously-unbeaten Port Fairy 25-23.
Davis, who joined the Bloods this season, said Fowler had created a buzz at the club.
"It is my first year under Liz and my first year back in Hampden league for a while and she has that really good combination of fun and seriousness, so we know what we're here to do but at the same time she knows we're here to have fun," she said.
"If Terang can keep Liz around for a few more years, we're going to see some real success at the club."
Davis, at 31, is seven years older than the next person on the Bloods' open netball team.
The paramedic, who juggles shift work with netball, said she was relishing playing alongside their youth, including the promising May Suhan.
"I tell you, I feel every bit of it today, but I am really enjoying playing with the young girls, it's nice to see the girls who have been here and been putting in the hard work getting their chance in the open grade," Davis said.
"We're not losing anything by them coming on. They bring such fresh legs and such talent.
"I think Terang in a few years' time is going to be a team to watch.
"May came on for a quarter today and can be thrown in any position and just gives her all every game and takes on board everything feedback-wise from both myself and Liz."
Fowler was also rapt with Terang Mortlake's youth against Port Fairy.
One youngster was thrown into the deep end early.
"Rhi couldn't start the first quarter - she had an earring that had closed over and she couldn't get it out and they wouldn't let her take to the court," Fowler said.
"That was a really quick change and we had to put our under 17 Maddison Chesshire straight into the goals.
"It was good to see she could stand up to that."
Fowler was rapt with the Bloods' ability to trust one another with their passing options throughout the game.
She said goal defender Brooke Hoare and goal attack Jacqui Arundell gave them confidence at either end of the court too.
"Brooke played a brilliant game. I would've loved to have had my stats girl here today to see how many intercepts and turnovers she got," Fowler said.
"She was really solid and would then run through the centre as well. She's got this vertical leap you just read about.
"Jacqui played really solid in goal attack and then I chucked her in centre. I thought she was shooting well but that we needed something through the centre.
"She jumped into that role and did it well as well."
Terang Mortlake plays Hamilton Kangaroos at Melville Oval in round four while Port Fairy hosts Cobden at Gardens Oval.
