The Rebels built on an 11-point half-time lead to claim a 8.9 (57) to 7.6 (48) round three NAB League win.
The side made it two from two after beating Geelong Falcons earlier this month.
Koroit's Mac Petersen kicked an early goal and fellow Saint, Thomas Baulch, was also in the team.
South Warrnambool's Fraser Marris, Archie Stevens, Marcus Herbert and Myles McCluggage were all part of the win.
Herbert featured in the best players. Camperdown's Hamish Sinnott who made his NAB League debut a fortnight ago played his second match.
Kolora-Noorat's Sam Kenna and Penhurst's Josh Rentsch also got their second games of the season in for the Rebels.
North Warrnambool Eagles' Ben Kellett and Jett Bermingham and Portland's Jamieson Ballantyne were in the same boat.
Angus Bade (Warrnambool) missed the match due to a shoulder injury he suffered in the win over Geelong Falcons.
The Rebels face the Murray Bushrangers this Sunday at 2pm, again at Queen Elizabeth Oval.
