One property which has sparked a flurry of interest is a four-bedroom home in Florence Street.
Ray White Real Estate agent Harry Ponting said the layout of the house, which offers three bathrooms, could make it an ideal holiday home.
"We've had interest from both out-of-town buyers and locals," Mr Ponting said.
"It lends itself to a holiday home with its layout and location but it would also be a good family home."
The two storey house set on 731-square-metres has a large outdoor entertaining area and is located within walking distance from the Hopkins River and the beach.
The listed price range is $700,000 to $770,000.
It will be auctioned at noon.
Also up for grabs are a three-bedroom home in Smith Street with a price range of $650,000 to $715,000 to go under the hammer at 12.30pm, a three-bedroom house in Eddington Street to be auctioned at 11am and a modern two-bedroom unit in Mitchell Street.
It will be auctioned at 11.30am.
