A disgruntled Portland man in his mid 20s has been charged with using a shopping trolley to smash a window at the Premix King liquor outlet. A police spokesman said an incident was reported to uniform officers at about 10.30pm Monday after an incident at the store on Percy Street. They found the man in his 20s had used the trolley to break a window, valued at hundred of dollars. "He appears to have been a disenfranchised young man," he said. "He was arrested, interviewed, charged with causing criminal damage and bailed to appear in the Portland Magistrates Court at a later date."
