The back part of the park was inundated with water, flooding eight cabins and camping sites.
Manager Andrew MacLeod said the full extent of the damage was not yet known.
"The rain came at about 2.30pm and within about 15 minutes the back part of the part was under water," he said.
"We made sure people in the cabins were safe and got them out and then helped the people in caravans get to a dry spot."
Mr MacLeod said it was a bitter blow following the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
He said a number of the cabins had recently been revamped, but would likely need to be replaced.
In addition to that the park is fully booked until February and the managers will now be forced to turn many holiday makers away.
"It's pretty devastating," he said.
Mr MacLeod said he had been told the park last flooded in 1991.
"We didn't think we would see it in our time.
"It's not really what we needed after the year we've had."
