Ticket sales were delayed after Ambulance Victoria withdrew its services earlier this week, throwing New Year's Day racing plans into chaos.
The club has found alternative medical assistance which it hopes will be "a very long-term agreement".
Premier Speedway general manager David Mills said the deal was in its final stages.
"They are an organisation currently involved in the sport in other areas of the state, meeting all of our peak body guidelines," he told The Standard.
"We are very pleased we've been able to come to a quick resolution.
"In the shorter term we've also got an agreement with Ambulance Victoria to assist for January 1 while the transition happens. We are very, very grateful for their assistance."
Mills said driver entries were "starting to filter through".
"Hopefully now we get good entries from the competitors and we can put on a good show," he said.
"There's a few names who are with Western Australian-based teams who will be in WA but we're hoping a majority of our local teams can find a way to have cars ready.
"The junior numbers are strong for that night too which is great."
The Allansford-based club can have 1000 patrons at its January 1 meeting, due to state government coronavirus mandates. Gates will open at 4pm for a 5pm start.
"With everyone having reserved seats there is no made rush, they can stagger themselves getting to the venue and take their time getting in," Mills said.
"There will be the QR coding they can complete, either before they get there on their ticket, or at the venue with the signage."
Mills said the club was working on increasing its capacity for the 50 For 50 show.
"We're still working on our longer-term event management plan with the state government's event framework to try and get more people in the venue with an eye to January 22-23," Mills said.
