Clinton Baulch, Ben Turner-Dwyer and Brian Agina will help convert Warrnambool Nissan and Kia before jumping into the ring on Saturday afternoon.
The trio is among a dozen Rudy's Boxing regulars who will fight in an exhibition.
Fighters from Dwyer's Boxing in Mount Gambier will also compete.
Turner-Dwyer, who is a sales manager at Clinton Baulch Motor Group, said it was pleasing fighters could now put their training to the test following a coronavirus-enforced break.
"Everyone who has trained the last three or four months gets a chance to jump in the ring," he said.
"I know for myself it has been a big motivator, given the last eight or nine months.
"With gyms and sporting clubs and work and a lot of things shut down, I absolutely jumped at the chance to train. I haven't fought for two or three years.
"Whether it's a legitimate fight, exhibition or sparring tournament, it is still nice to have something at the end of the road that we have all trained for."
Turner-Dwyer hopes it's a step towards another fully-fledged fight.
"I have given up football now and I have really enjoyed getting back into boxing," he said. "Hopefully I'll be able to get back in and have a couple of fights."
Turner-Dwyer said the Rudy's Gym contingent, who train under Warrnambool's Rodney Ryan, was excited for the opportunity.
But, despite the event taking place at his workplace, he won't be in the ring against his boss Baulch.
"My opponent on the night is going to be Sam Dwyer, the guy who runs the other gym," Turner-Dwyer said.
"There will be roughly around a dozen or so (Rudy's boxers), provided everyone is fit and healthy come the night."
Agina fought at the Commonwealth Games for Kenya in 2018 and the card also includes Warrnambool jumps jockey Brad Rantall among others.
The exhibition will start at 4.30pm. A limited number of tickets are available due to COVID-19 crowd caps.
