Peter's Project founder and community advocate Vicki Jellie topped the polls, receiving more than 6500 primary votes.
She will be joined on the new-look council by Otha Akoch, Angie Paspaliaris, Debbie Arnott, Ben Blain, Max Taylor and Richard Ziegeler.
Ms Jellie collected a third of the council primary vote.
The official declaration of new candidates is on at 11.30am today at the Lighthouse Theatre.
