The election results revealed Graham Costin, Jamie Bell and Margaret White will be sworn in to council.
Joe McCracken, Chris Potter, Kate Hanson and Stephen Hart all retain their seats.
Cr McCracken received the highest first preference votes with 3637, a clear lead ahead of Cr Potter on 1889. Cr Costin received 1727 votes, Cr Hart was on 1528, Cr Hanson had 1425, Cr Bell was on 1251 votes and Cr White received 678.
Brian Cook, Jason Schram and Chris Smith did not recontest their seats in the election.
