Sinnott, who won the Hampden league's 2019 Judd Cup with Koroit, has signed with the Bulldogs for 2021.
The Judd Cup is awarded to the Hampden league's under 18.5 best and fairest.
"I'm real keen, it's going to be good, I'm actually really looking forward to it," he said of playing with Panmure.
"We'll get into training soon."
The 18-year-old said the opportunity to play senior footy in the midfield was a major drawcard.
Sinnott played his Judd Cup year in the midfield.
The teenager, who was with Koroit's under 18.5 outfit this year (season lasted two matches), also played two senior matches for the Saints in 2019.
He was grateful for his time at Koroit and praised his coaches.
"Ben and Joe Woonton, they were absolutely unreal, they made it worth it really," he said.
"I got along real well with them."
He was also appreciative of getting a taste of senior footy at Hampden league level.
"Training with the senior lads and playing a couple of games helped a heap," he said.
He believes the Bulldogs, which made an elimination final in 2019, are right in the mix for 2021.
"Hopefully we have a real crack at the winning the flag," he said.
Sinnott played in the Bulldogs' 2015 under 14.5 premiership.

Panmure coach Chris Bant is stoked to have the young gun back at the kennel.
"It's always good for us to get past players back and he obviously played some juniors at Panmure," he said.
"He's keen to come back and have a crack at senior footy.
"I think he's going to add a lot to our midfield.
"He's obviously been one of the best kids around over the past 12 months."
