A Warrnambool City Council spokesman said there would be a maximum of 50 people allowed in the pool and it will open for exercise only.
"Anyone wanting to swim needs to book and must use hand sanitizer on arrival and adhere to social distancing," the spokesman said.
"No indoor or change facilities will be open as per current restrictions
"Patrons are asked to arrive ready to swim and will need to go home to change."
The pool will open from 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturday and Sundays.
Swimmers under 16 can be accompanied by one spectator.
