South Warrnambool and East Warrnambool export Jamarra Ugle-Hagan and Warrnambool product Renee Saulitis were announced as nominees on Thursday.
Ugle-Hagan, expected to go at pick one, and Saulitis are both AFL Academy members.
The national combine, usually held in Melbourne for the country's brightest draft prospects, will be state-based in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Dates for other states have been announced but Victoria's virus plight and subsequent restrictions mean no date has been set for its male and female draft camps.
Ugle-Hagan, a Next Generation Academy prospect linked to the Western Bulldogs, was one of 96 male footballers nominated for the national combine which features physical testing for endurance, agility and vertical leap.
Geelong-based teenager Henry Walsh - the brother of Carlton midfielder Sam and son of former Cobden coach Wayne - will also get the chance to impress recruiters.
Saulitis, who plays NAB League for GWV Rebels, was among 86 female players nominated.
The AFL draft will be in December with a date to be confirmed while the AFLW draft is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6.
AFL talent ambassador Kevin Sheehan said it was pleasing the draft camps, albeit in a different format, would proceed in 2020.
"The on and off-field assessments assist AFL clubs in making key decisions for the upcoming NAB AFLW draft in October and AFL draft in December," he said.
"We are excited about the draft combine for all players and the opportunities it presents to all footballers who have had a disrupted 2020 football season.
"The girls and boys have shown great resilience and perseverance and the NAB draft combine takes them one step closer to the elite AFLW and AFL competitions."
