The data released from DHHS on Saturday showed there had been no change in the number of cases in Warrnambool since Friday.
According to DHHS there were 13 active cases of coronavirus in the Colac Otway Shire and four cases in the Glenelg Shire.
On Saturday Premier Daniel Andrews urged Victorians who have coronavirus symptoms to get tested.
"I would just say to anybody who has symptoms, don't put off getting tested because it is cold and wet," he said.
"Please, please come forward and get tested over the course of the weekend."
He said it was pleasing to see so many people coming forward and getting tested.
"Even if you have mild symptoms, please come forward and get tested, then stay at home to wait for your results. It's a really important contribution that you can make to protect your family, every family and indeed to get us to the other side of this quicker."
Since Friday, Victoria had recorded 182 new cases of coronavirus, with the total number of cases now at 18,029
According to DHHS, the overall total increased by 177 due to five cases being reclassified largely due to duplication.
Within Victoria, 28 of the new cases were linked to outbreaks or complex cases and 154 are under investigation.
There were 13 new deaths from COVID-19 reported since Friday. One man in his 50s, one woman in her 70s, three women and two men in their 80s, three women and two men in their 90s and one woman in her 100s.
Ten of the 13 new deaths are linked to known outbreaks in aged care facilities. So far 398 people have died from Coronavirus in Victoria.
