It's the second time this year after the track was shut in March.
Karting Victoria president Russell White said the karting community needed to play its part in slowing the spread of the coronavirus in a statement this week.
"Following the latest restrictions for Melbourne and regional Victoria, that require all community sports and recreational activities to stop, all August scheduled events have been cancelled," he said.
"This applies to club day racing and organised practice days.
"Therefore, all permits relating to these events have been withdrawn.
"This ban on activities will be in effect until we are notified by the government that we can recommence."

White last week announced all Karting Victoria open race meetings for the remainder of 2020 were cancelled.
"We have not taken this decision lightly, but, with the end of this current ongoing pandemic seemingly out of sight; it was deemed the only responsible course of action," he said in a statement.
WKC members returned to track on May 24 for a practice day after the first lockdown.
WKC held club days throughout July.
A club day usually consists of three heats and a final for each class.
WKC vice-president Jason Cook, in June, said the club had 37 racing members.
