Warrnambool and District Hockey Association's under 14 competition played on Friday night in cool conditions but its under 16s were embraced warm conditions as the mercury hit 18 degrees on Saturday.
Warrnambool Golf Club had 224 players take part in its Saturday competition while on Sunday Western Victoria Female Football League teams Terang Mortlake and Hamilton Kangaroos played at Mortlake's D.C Farran Oval.
Warrnambool Rangers' under 17 players played in a friendly at Jones Oval on Sunday after their Ballarat and District Soccer Association opponent forfeited.
