Lauren Bishop, 33, pleaded guilty in Warrnambool Magistrates Court to charges, including criminal damage.
She was jailed for the two days she spent in custody on remand and ordered to be of good behaviour for six months.
She was also ordered to attend alcohol counselling.
The court heard Bishop attended the victim's house on May 20 and accused him of stealing her mobile phone.
She was highly agitated and threw a Thomas the Tank Engine toy through the man's front window, causing it to smash.
Then on July 15, she attended the same victim's house and was observed ranting and raving out the front, the court heard.
She smashed three windows of the property.
Bishop was arrested and conveyed to Warrnambool police station.
During an interview she told police the criminal damage was a continuation of an ongoing feud with her neighbour.
Lawyer Jess Dean said her client was "troubled" by alcohol abuse, which she said was evident in Bishop's extensive criminal history.
Bishop was jailed for five months earlier this year over random attacks on two separate women walking their dogs. Ms Dean said her client's offending usually occurred when she was affected by alcohol.
But, she said Bishop had recently sought help and "absolutely wants to ensure that is not how she behaves" in the future.
Magistrate Mark Stratmann urged Bishop to continue to seek help through alcohol counselling.
