Falk and Co Real Estate agent Gary Attrill said he had fielded a large number of inquiries from international buyers about a beach house on Dura Lane.
He said the stunning home boasted ocean views from most rooms, had vehicle access to a bay and boasted east and west wings if the owner wanted to live in one part and let out the other.
Mr Attrill said the house was listed at $3.9 million and was set on 25 acres.
It comes complete with horse stables and would be a perfect lifestyle property.
"It's quite a unique property with sweeping views," Mr Attrill said.
The home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a grand living area which includes a large lounge room, sports bar and formal dining room.
Another beach front property attracting a lot of interest with a price tag believed to be more than $3 million is located west of Port Fairy.
Stockdale and Leggo Port Fairy agent Sarah McCorkell said the home had direct access to a secluded beach and was set on 12 acres.
It also boasts sweeping ocean views and has multiple living spaces and multiple decks for outdoor entertaining.
The property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a custom-built outdoor chef's kitchen.
Mrs McCorkell said inquiries for Port Fairy properties had remained strong despite some uncertainty over the coronavirus outbreak.
A Gipps Street property listed for $2.275 million is under offer, with a Melbourne buyer with connections to the area keen to move to the town.
The luxury river front apartment is under offer for close to the listing price, which is testament to the owner's attention to detail, Mrs McCorkell said.
